NOTE: We have removed
the 5% fee and replaced it with a one time $199 fee due to the
lack of integrity of some people. We run a legitimate
business/website and will not take advantage of you, and we
refuse to get taken advantage of any longer.
Please read the terms
and condition completely as they are a legal and binding contract
with Woodstock Tribute Bands (hereinafter called WTB) if you join
our community.
The following sets
forth the terms and conditions you are agreeing to when checking
the "I have read, understand and agree to WTB terms" box
on the application. These terms and conditions become enforceable
only upon acceptance of the payment of your yearly fee.
You understand and
agree that your $199 yearly fee is non-refundable due to the
extreme amount of work, postage, free electronic promo pack, promo
materials and effort being put forth to promote and book your
band. It also helps offset the cost of the website, scripts,
software, forms, updating, graphic design, etc..
WTB agrees to
promote and book the enrolled bands to the best of our ability.
WTB agrees to put
together an Electronic Promo Pack for each band ($249 value) at no
extra cost to the band.
WTB agrees to
assist in putting together other promotional materials as needed
by your band, i.e. Tech Rider, Hospitality Rider, Backline, Stage
Setup and to host said files and to host
your band audio and/or video files (up to 7 audio files and 5 video files).
WTB agrees to
rotate "featured" bands on our home page so all bands
will be featured.
WTB agrees to keep
our website up and running 99.9%+ of the time. We are only down
for scheduled maintenance approx. once monthly, usually between
1am-4am on Monday mornings.
You (the artist)
are 100% responsible for booking your own act(s) and you are
solely responsible for setting your own booking fee.
WTB no longer
gives "quick quotes" or any other pricing information on the
artists. We simply will direct all inquiries to the proper
artist.
